Printed manuals and other physical items
You may return a physical item within 30 days of the day it arrives, as long as it is unused and in the condition you received it. Write to us first so we can give you the return address. Once the item reaches us we will refund the price you paid for it to your original payment method, usually within five business days.
Return postage is paid by you, and the original shipping charge is not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in those cases we cover everything. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it, your choice.
Digital items: eBooks, video downloads and audio
Because a digital file cannot be handed back once it has been downloaded, digital purchases are generally final. Two exceptions, and we do not argue about them: if the file will not download or will not open, and if you bought the same item twice by mistake. In both cases write to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.
The Firestarters eCourse
If the course is not what you hoped for, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full, provided you have not worked through more than the first three weeks. Your access is closed when the refund is made.
Group Study Packages
A Group Study Package holds both printed manuals and digital teaching. If you return it within 30 days unused, we refund the whole package and close access to the digital part. If only the manuals come back, we refund the printed portion.
Cancelling an order
An order that has not shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund — just write to us. Once a parcel is in the post, the returns terms above apply.
